Egg Hunt at School
Well, the Egg Hunt had to be inside (because the weather was not cooperating) and happened so fast I couldn't even get a picture:( This is Andrew outside of his classroom wth his friend Kisor.
School Visit
Daddy coming for lunch was one of the best days of school this year:) We only had a 4 day week and Andrew wanted Daddy to come on Wednesday. He wanted me to make the white cupcakes with red sprinkles. His cupcake had a red fondant A on it from Alabama and of course Andrew:) Daddy brought him Abner's chicken and fries! Mrs. Brenda also announced his birthday in Chapel!
Andrew's 8th Birthday Party
Happy Birthday Andrew!!!! I can't believe it, he's eight:/ He really wanted his brithday to be at Putt-Putt Golf and Games. I have never been to a birthday party there but Daniel has taken him to atleast 3 parties at Putt-Putt. First, we ALL enjoyed a game of Laser Tag:) Yes, even the Dads got to play. They played 4 different games. There was a blue team and a red team. Andrew was on the red team and Daniel was on the blue team and they were hilarious trying to shoot each other. Piper tried to play but it did get too heavy for her so we were trying to find everyone to take their picture. Then it was pizza and cake time. Andrew loved having his friends there and he was dying to open his presents. After gifts each kid got 30 mins for rides and $5 gift card for ticket games. As you can see, Andrew and Piper won plenty of tickets. He really enjoyed his birthday party and played the rest of the afternoon with all of his new gifts:)
He is such an amazing boy! He wants to be friends with everyone and likes to talk about football all the time right now:) He has such a tender heart (like his Daddy) and likes to know the plan for the day or week (like his Mommy). He is taking Karate and playing Coach Pitch baseball after school. He is also leading singing in our Lads to Leaders program. He makes our hearts leap for joy and we are blessed to have him!
