Swamp People

The weekend of September 10 we went to Mobile for my sister's wedding.  While I was doing all things wedding, Daniel and Andrew drove over to the "swamp" or Mississippi to go Gator Huntin' or a Gator Farm.  These are the pictures from their day.  They enjoyed an airboat ride, walking around/over the gators on a collapsable bridge and petting the baby gators.  Andrew is still talking about it:)

Piper's 4th Birthday Party

Piper's Birthday weekend was a blast!  Yia-yia, Haley, Mindy and Greg made the trip late Friday night.  Saturday morning, Piper got to open a present from Mommy and Daddy and Andrew.  She got baby furniture and her and Haley played all morning with it.  By 11am we all left to go to the Zoo for the birthday party.  Animal cracker cupcakes and pizza were on the menu.  Piper also read (memorized) the book Brown Bear, Brown Bear to her friends and they played a game of heads and tails.  Opening presents was big fun!  Then the animals came in for us to see up close and personal.  The skunk was descented and his name was Kelvin.  The rabbit was Cadburry and the tortise was Stanly.  The armadillo was Laila and it could roll up into a ball.  Piper had a wonderful party and enjoyed all of her friends coming to help her celebrate:)
